- Developed strategy for IA carrier(s) to address the expansion of the direct channel
- Developed strategic plan for entry into the direct to consumer channel for auto and homeowners’ insurance (including detailed marketing/lead generation, sales center, and online quote/bind application, and optimization plans, etc.)
- Facilitated the development of new product development strategy following the client’s acquisition by a private equity group
- Provided market research and analysis to support plans to enter the lead generation space
Distribution:
- Built direct channel optimization regimen/process (optimization process, reporting, training, etc.) from marketing through, quote, bind, service and retention resulting in a 2X improvement in performance
- Developed requirements documentation for new auto interview application and related data and telephony integrations
- Managed build of consumer facing quote and bind applications
- Structured and managed SEM program for major carrier(s), and lead gen companies
- Developed and maintained marketing tracking and lead performance modeling and assessment tools for regional independent agency
Operations:
- Interim management and restructuring of small mutual insurance company ($35 million). Includes development of strategic plan and $3.6 million improvement to the bottom line
- Developed and implemented sales center operations processes (Training, CRM requirements, coaching program/processes, QA regimen, reporting etc.)
- Conducted detailed consumer interview application and usability analysis and provided detailed road map for improvement, including optimization plan, etc
- Provided multiple clients with business development assistance, establishing relationships with over 20 insurance companies, and distribution partners
- Assisted in/conducted operational due diligence on five separate acquisitions in the property and casualty and health insurance space
